Who we are
Beaver Book is a room booking service made and run by Beaver Byte, in Canada. Organisations (our customers) use it to let people book their rooms.
The service
Each organisation has its own booking site. It decides its rooms, rules, texts and who may book; we run the software and the servers. We work to keep it available and safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted.
For organisations
You're responsible for what you publish on your booking site, for the people you make admins, and for telling your visitors how you use their details (your booking privacy notice can be the one at your site's /privacy). Keep admin accounts to the people who need them and protect them with two-step sign-in. We process visitors' details only to run your booking site, on your behalf.
For visitors
When you book a room, you're booking with that organisation, not with us. Give true details, and don't use the booking forms for anything else. Questions about a booking go to the organisation.
What's not allowed
Trying to get into data that isn't yours, overloading the service, or getting around its security checks. We may block access that does this.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Customers hear about important changes by email first.
